Sandeep provides vision and strategic direction to Unify Dots. Prior to Unify Dots, Sandeep was President – Asia Pacific & ANZ business at HITACHI Solutions. Prior to that, Sandeep was the  CEO of IGNIFY a Long Beach, California Headquartered company that grew to 500 people focused on eCommerce, ERP and CRM software and solutions company with offices in North America and Asia Pacific region. Ignify was acquired by HITACHI Group. Sandeep previously worked in the ERP and Telecom and Media practices at Deloitte Consulting in Hong Kong.  Prior to that, Sandeep worked on developing cost management systems with Philip Morris in Switzerland. Sandeep holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from TIET and a Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C). While at business school, Sandeep completed his internship with KPMG. Sandeep has been on the visiting faculty of University of California, Irvine. Sandeep lives in Seattle but travels extensively and enjoys hiking, swimming and being at the beach.

Manish heads Asia Pacific and oversees the P&L for the region. Prior to Unify Dots, Manish was Managing Director at Credit Suisse where he held senior positions across investment banking advisory, finance and equity investment practices between 2007-10 and 2013-19. During 2011-13, Manish led the Asia Pacific business at IGNIFY. Prior to Credit Suisse, Manish headed ABN AMRO's corporate finance advisory business for South East Asia. Manish graduated from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C) with an MBA. Manish lives in Singapore with his wife and daughter. Manish enjoys playing tennis, chasing volcanoes and reading when he can.

Donna is based in Auckland, New Zealand and is passionate about continuous improvement. Donna has been in the Microsoft Dynamics space for 21 years and started as one of the pioneer Technical Engineers at Microsoft for Microsoft Axapta version 2.5  in 2003. Prior to joining Unify Dots, she was Vice President for Microsoft Dynamics ANZ in HITACHI based in New Zealand. Prior to HITACHI, Donna worked as Director for IGNIFY. Prior to that Donna worked in  Australia as a Functional Consultant at   Avanade, and Eclipse Computing. Donna graduated cum laude and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce major in Computer Information Systems & Management from Asia Pacific College, Philippines. Donna and her family and enjoys the beauty and the outdoor lifestyle New Zealand offers.

Raja leads up ERP delivery at Unify Dots. Raja has over 21 years of experience in delivering Business application solutions with clients in the areas of ERP, Field Service Management, Financial Reporting and Operational Reporting & Business Intelligence. Prior to Unify Dots, Raja worked as Senior General Manager of IT at TVS & Sons Group. Prior to TVS, Raja was Director at Hitachi Solutions based in Singapore where he worked with Logicalis and Sankyu. Before that, Raja was Senior Manager at IGNIFY and worked in USA, India and Singapore delivering success to multiple clients including Car Toys, Savers, Direct Buy and several other enterprise customers. Raja has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Raja lives in Chennai with his family and enjoys reading.

Amit has over 10 years of experience in implementing and demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics solutions across different industries. Prior to Unify Dots, Amit was Director at Hitachi Solutions Australia where he helped play key role in ensuring clients are highly satisfied by providing solutions for their business. Prior to Hitachi Solutions, Amit was Sr. Solutions Architect at IGNIFY and played key role in solution architecture, demonstration, configuration of Microsoft Dynamics for clients across the Asia Pacific region. Amit graduated from the Chetana’s Institute of Management and Research (CIMR) with an MBA. Amit lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife and son. Amit enjoys playing cricket, tennis and badminton during his leisure time.  

Rahul leads up delivery for our Retail and Consumer Goods Industries. Rahul has over 10 years of experience in delivering Business application solutions with clients in the areas of ERP, CRM, Point of Sale, Field Service and Operational Reporting & Business Intelligence. Prior to Unify Dots, Rahul worked as Principal-Retail at HITACHI Solutions. Prior to Hitachi Solutions, Rahul was Senior Manager at IGNIFY and worked in with clients in, USA, Canada, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Middle east including Starbucks, Rogers, Toronto Blue Jays, Goldilocks, Shakey’s Pizza, Central Department Store, Edwin Watts Golf, Swatch Group, Palm Café, SASCO. Rahul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Maharishi Dayanand University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Rahul lives in New Delhi and enjoys working out at Gym.

Vamsi provides oversight and guidance to the ERP Technical Team at Unify Dots. Vamsi has over 15 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions across different industries. Prior to Unify Dots worked at Hitachi Solutions as Sr. Solution Architect providing solutions for customers. 

Prior to Hitachi Solutions worked at      IGNIFY in the capacity of Solution Architect. Vamsi has a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology. Vamsi is based in Hyderabad, India and enjoys cooking and going  on rides on his motorcycle.

Kranti has over 15 years of experience in architecting and developing  AI, Big Data, eCommerce,  and  customer engagement solutions. Prior to Unify Dots, Kranti was Senior Manager at Hitachi Solutions. Prior to Hitachi Solutions, Kranti was Technical lead at IGNIFY and lead design and development of solutions around CRM, D365, eCommerce and Loyalty. Kranti has experience working in various countries including US, UK, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan and Dubai. Kranti  graduated from BITS, Pilani with MS in Software Systems and graduated with a Bachelors of Engineering in IT from TKIET Warananagar.  Kranti lives in Pune, India with his family. Kranti enjoys reading books, playing cricket, and watching movies. 

Pankaj provides technology architecture guidance and advisory to Unify Dots clients. Prior to Unify Dots, Pankaj was Senior Vice President at Hitachi Solutions and CTO at IGNIFY where he oversaw the development of the Ecommerce Product. Pankaj lives in Southern California with his wife and daughter and spends his down time meditating.

Pankaj holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L).  

Prajakta has over 8 years of experience in offering legal guidance and expertise, ensuring adherence to local regulations and mitigating risk, in Nutraceuticals and InfoMedia industries. Prior to Unify Dots, she spent over 6 years as the Company Secretary, Legal and Compliance Counsel at Danone, where she played a key role in ensuring the legal compliance of the company and providing secretarial work. Before that, she was the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Jupiter Infomedia Limited. Prajakta holds both a Commerce degree and Law degree from University of Lucknow and is also a certified Associate Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of India.  She is currently residing in Pune Maharashtra, India with her son, and loves spending quality time with him. She also enjoys travelling, trying local cuisine, painting and creating DIY art.
